GRACE

GRACE

The Gamma-Ray burst Afterglow Collaboration at Eso (GRACE) is a collaboration of gamma-ray burst (GRB) follow-up groups which work together to study GRB afterglows and their host-galaxies. They combine their expertise with the ESO telescopes to perform these follow-up observations. GRACE consist mostly of European groups, with additional members from other countries.

ESO Large Programme

Our collaboration currently has a ToO Programme at the European Southern Observatory (ESO), to study GRB optical afterglows and their host galaxies. This ToO Programme, "The Origin and Physics of Gamma-Ray Bursts", allows us to study Gamma-ray bursts, their afterglows and their host-galaxies.
